Happy kids at Nas’ Toy Giveaway!
The Queensbridge community stepped up to make this holiday season special for our young people. We worked with organizations and individuals including the Queens Toy Dash, rapper, musician, and native New Yorker Nas, and the ZYO1 Amazon Delivery Center in Long Island City to host numerous toy giveaways, holiday events, and even a winter coat giveaway. We also received two generous grants from FPWA and United Neighborhood Houses to purchase holiday gifts for our program participants. On behalf of the youth and families that we serve, we want to thank all our community partners for helping to spread the holiday cheer!
