NYC Care
Our NYC Care navigator provides information and guidance to help immigrants enroll in the NYC Care program and gain access to affordable health care. NYC Care is a NYC Health + Hospitals program that guarantees low-cost and no-cost services to New Yorkers who do not qualify for or cannot afford health insurance.
