Riis Academy-InfoTech offers a robust Learn & Earn program. Learn & Earn is a career exploration and academic support program developed by NYC’s Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD). The program provides high school juniors and seniors with the support they need to graduate, attend college, and enter the workforce. We offer:
- Academic support
- Mentoring/counseling
- College application assistance
- Service learning, leadership, and life skills activities
- Resume building
- Work readiness training
- Paid internships and work experiences.
- Financial literacy activities
- A positive peer group
