Our state-funded NNORC program provides a range of support services to older adults (60+) residing in Queensbridge Houses. Our goal is to help our participants maintain their quality of life and independence and remain connected to their community.
Services include:
- Case Management: service coordination, individual counseling, crisis intervention, advocacy, financial management, housing support, legal assistance, and more
- Case Assistance: comprehensive support accessing benefits and entitlements
- Information and Referral Services: available in English, Spanish and Mandarin
- Health Care Support and Promotion: On-site nursing services ( 5 days a week/8:30 am-4:30 pm)
- Telephone Reassurance
- Friendly Visiting
- Nutrition Workshops
- Support Groups: Peace of Mind
- Multicultural Outings
- Transportation
Walk-ins are welcome from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
