Our state-funded NNORC program provides a range of support services to all older adults (60+) living in Queensbridge Houses . The goal of the program is to help people maintain their quality of life and independence, and remain connected to their community.
Services include:
- Case management: service coordination, individual counseling, crisis intervention, advocacy, financial management, housing, legal assistance, and more
- Case assistance: comprehensive support accessing benefits and entitlements
- Information and referral services (available in English, Spanish and Mandarin)
- Health Care Support and Promotion: On-site nursing services ( 5 days a week/8:30am-4:30pm)
- Telephone Reassurance
- Friendly Visiting
- Nutrition Workshops
- Support Groups: Peace of Mind
- Multicultural Outings
- Transportation
Walk-ins are welcome from 8:30 am to 4:30pm.
