NYPR Presents: Life in the Queensbridge Houses

New York Public Radio’s All Things Considered recently ran ‘Housing Generations,’ a fascinating four-part series about life in the Queensbridge Houses and its changing face over the decades.  The centerpiece of the story is the Alston family, a family that has been close to our Riis Settlement community for many years.  We encourage you to check out this piece and share your thoughts with us on Facebook and Twitter.
