Congratulations to Riis Academy Group Leader, Ron Muhammad, on being named our Employee of the Quarter!
Having grown from a Riis Academy participant to a group leader, Ron is always willing to step in wherever needed. He adapts seamlessly across responsibilities and is quick to support sister sites whenever additional help is needed. Beyond his scheduled shifts, he actively seeks opportunities to support his teammates and remains engaged in community and organizational events. That spirit extends to his work with youth and teens, where he serves as a dependable mentor to the young people in his program.
Upon receiving the news, Ron said, “It was a proud and happy moment for me,” and we are certainly proud and happy for him as well!
We are grateful for Ron’s hard work and dedication to the Riis mission.
