This recognition reflects Naianna’s dedication, leadership, and deep commitment to the communities we serve. In her role, Naianna works with young adults to help them secure internships and jobs. She has consistently demonstrated excellence, making a meaningful impact on both participants and colleagues across Riis Settlement.

Through her patience, empathy, and skill, Naianna makes a lasting difference in the lives of the young adults she works with.
